APPELLATE EXPERIENCE
• In January 2013, Cynthia D. Samuel was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court for the United States and is now an Officer of the Court in preparation for any upcomming matters wherein she may seek review in her advocacy for her clients.
• Cynthia D.Samuel has extensive appellate experience in many of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. She has also written many briefs on Juvenile Law and Constitutional Law in Writs to the Louisiana Supreme Court.
• Seventeen of Cynthia D. Samuel's cases have been taken to the Louisiana State Supreme Court on requests for review by one side of the case or the other.
Of the seventeen, she prevailed in the thirteen of those, one is still pending.
Her knowledge and understanding of the law, and persuasive writing has convinced the Court to interpret the law in favor of her clients.
